Euroobjekt was founded in Germany more than 25 years ago and has been involved in investment strategies in the real estate sector from the very beginning. A good 20 years ago, the two partners Bernd Katzmarcik and Johannes Schmitz decided to implement their business concept also on the Balearic Islands with a focus on Mallorca.
In the meantime, they have created a perfect business infrastructure on the island and realise several projects with international investors every year.

After his study, he started directly in the property industry and achieved more than 30 years of professional experience.
Shareholder of different real estate companies in Germany, with main focus on project developments, new constructions as well as complete refurbishments of old buildings.
On Majorca, 5 years of experience as manager of one of the most renowned real estate companies of the island.
Since the early 2000s, successful realisation of real estate projects on Mallorca.
Johannes Schmitz
Managing Director
Management assistant in wholesale and retail business
20 years of experience, as successful manager and owner of a recycling company, which used to operate as provider for the steel industry. Shareholder of different real estate companies in Germany, with main focus on project developments, new constructions as well as complete refurbishments of old buildings.
Project development, construction and sale of a solar park on Majorca. Since the early 2000s, successful realisation of real estate projects on Mallorca.
